Rothco Lens Filter Kit

Camera Lens Filter Kit, Four different colors with information pamphlet, Original Case and Lens. I am not a camera guy and I know nothing of this accessory. It is old, vintage and I’m assuming that it is for a camera used in the 40’s or 50’s?. But I could be completely wrong. I do know that it was in my wife’s grandparents estate.
