Rothco Camo Cap (youth sized?)

This says one size fits all but I feel like it seems to be a youth sized cap or grownups with crowns on the small side. I’m not sure the best way to show the measurements, but as shown in photo I measure the diameter around 6-7”. I also put it next to a beige adult cap to show that it’s a little smaller.
