Ross Fourth of July shorts

Fourth of July styled shorts! Very cute(: size 13 but, in my opinion, fit a little bit smaller but not a lot. They fade from light blue into white. Worn maybe 2 times. No stains, no tears, smoke free, pet free. I bought them at Ross so they are kind of an off brand but still super cute!
