kajanowi @carriemb99 I usually wear a 4 or 6 in dresses, but I'm a little bit wider (sometimes more like a size 8) on my lower half and it fits me fine. The lining of the skirt does have a bit of stretch to it. I posted the measurements for this brand in the pictures.
