Sleeveless top with split neck and tie string with tassels. The print is orange and pink florals on pink fabric, which is a lightweight textured 100% Rayon. The shirt has a smocked waist that is 3” tall. The size is L. The measurements are: Pit to pit : 20”; length from top if shoulder to hem is 23”; waist measures 16” laying flat, but because of the smocking will expand. Relaxed fit.
