This rare and gorgeous Rörstrand Koka brown, 5 quart casserole dish was designed in the 1950s by Hertha Bengston (1917-1993). Stamped on the base, flameproof. Hertha was an inspirational designer working for Rörstrand from 1941 to 1946. She revolutionized modern tableware with her 1951 table service blue fire that combined her passion for art with her love of ceramics. Fantastic vintage condition.
