Ronnie Heller vintage dress

Vintage dress with a Ronnie Heller tag. Dress has darling buttons on the back and one of my favorite woven belts I have ever found. The waistband is elastic but the belt fits like a small. There is no fabric or size tag, it fits like a small/medium and feels like cotton. Approximately - 46” long - 17.5” armpit to armpit
