Romy size XL floral dress

Super cute Romy dress. Ruffled collar and ruffled cross in the bust. Ruffled around the arm holes. Ruffled cross the front from the waist to the other side of the edge of the bottom of the dress. Black lining slip inside the dress. Very light and breathable for those warm summer days ahead. Excellent condition.measurement from back of dress from mid neck to bottom is 3 FT or 36 in, shown in picture.
