Romy Flower and Lace Dress

Adorable Romy dress with cream colored lace top and beautiful flower print. Waist is stretchy with fitted top and zip up side. Bottom is flowy with built-in slip liner. A favorite worn many times but still in great condition, just doesn't fit anymore sadly!
