@splendidlemon It is not a short bottom it is a skirt. NO inseam. Size from should to the bottom of the skirt is 36 inches. So the garment is 36 inches long from top to bottom. Please let me know if you have any other questions

@mebieker17 it's one piece , yes, like a dress, with elastic gathered banding about 3/4 way down. to look like a skirt. The plus to this is you don't have to take off all your clothes, to use the restroom, like other one piece rompers with shorts.
