Romeo & Juliet Couture Rare 70’s Bell Sleeve Tie Front Mini Dress EUC Size M

I loved this dress, but only ever wore it twice since it was a little short for me (I’m 5’10) But it’s beautiful and gives off a 70’s meets 90’s Witchy Patchwork Whimsigoth vibe. I hope it can go to someone who can give it more love than I could ❤️ I also included some model pictures, the dress is the same, except in another pattern they produced.
