Rolex gives a different spoon out every time a Rolex is purchased (or at some point did). These commutative spoons came with different images and numbers and wording.
This spoon is 4.25” long. It features the Lion of Lucerne in the round spoon part. The top features Rolex with the crown with tree and Bucherer underneath. The back side says Bucherer of Switzerland and this spoon was CB 69 M.

@matiko2707 sorry for the delay. This is the information on the spoon as was from the makers - This beautiful demitasse spoon is 4-1/4" and it is silver plated. This spoon is one of the famous Rolex advertising spoons produced by Bucherer. Bucherer was the equally famous chain of jewelry stores headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland.

@matiko2707 Carl-Frederich Bucherer opened the first store in 1888 and the family-run company is still in business today, headed by third-generation Jörg G. Bucherer as Chairman of the Board.

@matiko2707 The Rolex spoons often have the names of cities where a Bucherer store exists, were given away as free souvenirs at Switzerland hotels where they were placed on the pillow like a mint (these ones did not say “Rolex”). Bucherer has been handing out the Rolex spoons since the 1950s.

@matiko2707 When a customer purchases a Rolex at Bucherer in Switzerland, they give him one of the Rolex Spoons. This spoon says "Lucerne" on its stem, as well as "Rolex" "Bucherer of Switzerland” on the back. The bowl of the spoon features an engrave sleeping lion.
