@jarey4515 that would be totally up to you. For me, I weigh about 230lbs and I’m a large for it. I work at daily. If you’re a bigger set person, than I would try to go a size up if possible.
If you’re smaller, than I would do a small or medium. This vest was ordered off of the rogue fitness website. They have the sizing there
