Roger Van S vintage hand bag

Very cute and chic handbag from the late 50s/early 60s period. Roger Van S and his wife Dolores created a high end brand whose bags were sold in fine department stores. This was always one of my favorites in my very large collection of Roger Van S bags. Its chic yet sporty and fun at the same time. In good vintage condition, some gold tone loss to the hardware, some staining in the lining and a few surface stains on the exterior leather - i never tried to get these off but a good cleaning and possibly some polish color could be used. I think the bag looks great as is, and i enjoy all the wrinkles and blemishes vintage bags have — what stories they could tell!
