@paigeamiller I was checking my email and I have two poshmark order confirmation. I think something happened when I cancel the first one. Both emails have different order numbers so that means I bought it twice while we were trying to figure out price 😭.:: I think that they canceled the order when you don’t send item in 5 days so only send me one and let’s wait until you and I get email from them.

@paigeamiller I finally was able to reach out to them. This is what they told me: Since the seller has the ability to cancel the order, we recommend reaching out to the seller in the comments section and ask to cancel the order on your behalf so you may receive a full refund.
If the order remains unshipped after 8 days from the date of purchase, you will have the option to cancel the order.
