Rockport Nubuck Leather Monk-Strap Loafers

My mom's. She's the original owner and bought these new in the 00s or late 90s. EUC. Worn minimally. Quality shoes, typical of Rockport—well made and designed to be comfy. Insole: leather back half with soft, cushioned, fleecy forefoot. I can’t read what the materials are (it's faded) but it feels like the upper is nubuck, and it's soft. I'm sure it's leather in any case because it's Rockport and they always used high quality materials back then (and probably still do now). They also wouldn't be in the condition they're in after so many years if they weren't leather. The lining seems to be a combo of leather and suede, with fabric at the heel. Sueded tongue. Sole may be some kind of plasticized rubber? Adjustable dark-silver buckle at the top. Flaws: There's some creasing in the toe box, light scuffs and maybe very slight wear at the heel.
