Rocker Style Sexy Leopard Dress w/ Shoulder Decor

Badass dress, silly to touch, open back with tie, scrunch sides and on back side. Can be worn long or short. Had leather style shoulder bling with studs and jewels. I bought this in Australia at an expensive boutique. Have always taken care of it, but only worn twice, like new. Someone rock this!!
