Adorable heart dress. There is a heart cut out just below the neck. You can’t tell from the photos, but it has a high waist and full skirt. Very flattering. The length measurement was taken from the high waist to the bottom of the skirt. There is a little white under the armpit. I think it’s deodorant? I did take a little wet towel to it but I can still see a little white. Not super noticeable at all.
