Rockabilly Strapless Tulip Hem TIKI Print MINI DRESS XS

This item is a cute strapless tiki print dress size extra-small. Fabric is 100% machine-washable cotton. Dress pulls on over the hips. Inner top has a rubberized finish to hold the dress up. Back upper portion of dress is elasticized. Approximate unstretched measurements are 28 inches at bust, 24 inches at waist, 32 inches at hips, 27 inches in length. My mannequin measures 34” at bust, 26” at waist, 34” at hips so you can get an idea of the fit of this item. Excellent condition, worn once.
