Rockabilly "Lady" flats

It pains me to list these because I love them so much, but I bought them with the intention of wearing them for long periods of time and they are just a smidgen too big, even with an insert. I'd say they run pretty true to size as these are a 6; I usually buy 5.5. As you can see in the photos these are pink flats with a heart shaped appliqué on the front that says "lady." The inside is a houndstooth print and the back has polka dot bows. They have very, very minor wear, as shown in picture 4.
