RockSteady Blue Swing Dress

Blue/Turquoise dress with thick straps. Zipper in back. Has a little stretch to it but runs small. Vintage/retro style, sleeveless, new with tags. Bought from ModCloth. RockSteady/Steady Clothing. Smoke-free and pet-free home. New with tags/NWT, only worn to try on (and realize that it's too small!) Made in USA. 65% rayon, 30% nylon, 5% spandex. Top of strap to bottom of hem is about 40 inches. Waist 13.5 inches (across, not around) at widest point. Great for an office Christmas/holiday party! Note that it appears different in different lighting!
