There is some rippling below the front zipper with a light wear spot (no hole) The front left pocket has some loose stitching & there is light pleating on the bottom legs. The waist laid flat measures 15 in. The front rise is 8 in. The inseam hand measures 29 1/2 in. The cuff opening is 5 1/2 in.
