@cristylynn85 ok so I enclosed pictures with measurements of the size 30 and 31. Regarding length I’m 5’2 and 30 too so I know how u feel. The 30 length inseam in package is 19 1/2 and 31 is 20 1/2 but notice how the manufacturer folded the cuffs in the last pic the difference. So in reality when I put the cuffs down the cuffs down the 30 22in and the 31 22 1/4 in not much difference
