W 16 l 19 this is a beautiful skirt by Rock & Republic it is made of 85% rayon 13% nylon and the rest is spandex this skirt has wonderful stretch is very fitting and flattering on extremely comfortable as well. It has a very thick waistband it has the design of lines going around and as it goes further to the bottom they get closer and closer and then it has to 2 thick straps on each side of the skirt horizontally. The way this skirt is designed is it made to fit well and also give a nice flattering look it's a size large measurements are approximate lying flat waist 16 in the length is 19 to 20 in excellent stretch since a great skirt to wear with tights and your boots it's like brand new
