blasian_bunny @nicaj80 Hello Again! I believe what R&R are trying to display is that if you wear a size 0 that means you would fit their 25in jeans. I found another photo that displays the same size chart. But to 100% sure I have also attached a photo of the measurements of the jeans. And yes they have approx 1-2 inches of stretch since the material is made from cotton & spandex. Hope this helps!
