Robin Ruth Capetown skyline Sling canvas hobo tote

Rare! I have scoured the internet and even emailed the designer's store looking for this design. Came close but no dice. Robin Ruth crossbody sling or hobo tote in black & white with cityscape of Capetown and location names printed in white lettering across lower section "Capetown Boulders Beach Hout Bay Stellenbosch Franschoek Robben Island Kalk Bay Table Mountain Camps Bay Sea Point Khayelitsha Cape Point Simmons Town" and in Red lettering "Capetown" black and white photograph of Boats at a dock and boardwalk skyline. Bag Measures 15"x14" w/o strap. Adjustable buckle strap allows you to personalize strap length for crossbody or shoulder carry. Zipper closure to main portion and 1 small zipper pocket. Lined in hot pink stripes on white. clean. no pets or smoking. Does have 2 issues I'm aware of that are photographed; the zipper is missing its tab & there is a 3.5" tear on the strap near its end where holes were previously.
