Roberto Cavalli poncho-type of outerwear(:

Purchased this a few years back at a vintage thrift store. I have worn only once and is very comfortable. Fabric is thick and has a thick string inside for secureness. It is a high quality piece and has thumb holes on the sleeves. I believe it is a real Roberto Cavalli since it has about three layers to the hologram...I was also told it was real but it is at your own risk(:
