Robert Rodriguez Black Skater Skirt

Reposhing an item I bought recently. I really like the skirt, but I think I think it's a bit too long for me since I'm short :,) (also its poofy too if you're going for that look!) I've only tried it on one time, feel free to offer!!! *The hips are slightly stretchy, but as a size 2 I somewhat can fit through it (if you're a 0, you might fit better) The item is Brand New!
