Lacey black dress by Robert Rodriguez for Target/Neiman Marcus. Well made and thought out. Even has a built in back strap to help keep the girls in place. Lined throughout and has a sewn in crinolin in the skirt to provide volume. The lace is super soft, not crunchy and stiff. Looks great on. The hanger doesn't do it justice
