Robert Courtney dress brown white polka dot ruffles in a size 8 this dress is vintage from the 70s. In very good condition for vintage. One cuff needed a few stitches which I fixed. A thin or wide white patent leather belt, pearls and some sweet Mary Janes and you are good to go! Soft cocoa brown. Buttons are material covered. Waist is pleated and flat lay is approx 13”. Sexy and demure. Dry clean. Material feels polyester or rayon.
