🌸👗This is a gorgeous mini dress from Robbie Bee! It is just a little above the knee, and is a halter top with a metal neck plate. The metal plate attaches to straps that show in the back. But from the front, it appears to be a halter dress. Please see the pictures for clarification. It is very unique, and extremely pretty. It is teal and gold, and is in excellent condition!
