Roaman’s 2 Pc Jacket Dress Set

16W sleeveless dress with short sleeve jacket. The jacket has shoulder pads & slits on both sides. The dress itself has one slit on the left. It has four tiny spots that are shinier than the rest of the dress (see last photo). It could be a stain or it could just be the material. Measurements can be taken on request.
