Rixo x Target colorful maxi dress

Polyester maxi dress with low cut neckline, ruching at sleeves. Modern impressionist like ditsy floral print. Tag size 14. Fabric has a little stretch. Dress has no pockets. There are small holes at the neckline where I put a safety pin to hold it together to make it a little more modest, but I only wore it that time. Good overall condition.
