Rixo Black Floral Silk Maxi Dress XL

This Rixo dress is so pretty. The black silk with small bunches of blue flowers is complimented by the same fabric in crepe de chene on the sleeve and a subtle ruffle at the hem. It’s soft and flowy and very flattering. The size is a UK XL. It has an empire waist that sits just below the breast and is 18”. From the shoulder down to the empire waist is 14”. Probably fits like a 14 but the skirt is forgiving due to the bias cut.
