Reposhing this item I purchased from @kmills112969. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. These are clearly sized 14 Petite but they fit more like a 10-12. See photo for waist measurement Approximate measurements: Waist: 31.5 “ Inseam: 28” Rise: 13” 100% cotton, so there is no stretch. Purchased but never worn because they are too small for me.
