River Island tea dress in black floral

I love this dress! It’s probably one of the most flattering dresses I have ever had and I have only worn it twice but I always got compliments on it. I just never get the opportunity to wear it so it’s just taking up room in my closet. I typically wear a size 0-2 but this dress is a size 6 (I bought it because it was the closest to size 0 they had left) I’d say it probably runs a little small more like a 2-6. This is a button up dress with a little waist tie and it’s black with orange flowers.
