nanaed @anzellina hello, I also made a complaint to poshmark, because I did mail the item on November 29. It also gave me a tracking number 9405511202061171253689. The mail man picked it up and it states that you received it on dec 3rd at 11:12 am. I also received and email from poshmark that you received and accepted the item. How can this be? I have an email and which I can share with poshmark. I have been a very loyal posher for years, and a very quick shipper.

nanaed @anzellina I’m sorry this is happening, but I did ship the item. This all can be a problem with the postal service. I really don’t know, but poshmark states that you did accept and receive it.

nanaed @anzellina- hello, please understand that this item was already shipped to you on nov. 29. You should already received it. If you go under your purchase tab, it shows when it was shipped, in transit and delivered. It states you received it on oct 3 at 11:12 am. Those options do not happened unless the pkg is scanned through the post office. You also confirmed that you accepted the item. Poshmark sent me an email and said you need to contact them if you can’t locate your purchase after delivery.

anzellina If you have sent the goods, then contact the USPS postal service. And find the package. I called them, they told me that the parcel did not arrive at them. (800) 275-8777

Poshmark states you received it on December 3. I will refund your money, just contact poshmark and have them revise the charges.

anzellina postmark is not a postal carrier, it is the site where you sell your product. I paid $ 7 for usps postal label so that you would send me the goods. the tracking number shows the order has not been shipped. if you have any complaints about the site postmark , then write to them and find out from them to whom they delivered the goods.
