Ring Dish - made in Japan

I bought this at an antique mall years ago and I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ anything about its origin. It looks old, especially with the manufacture defect spots in ceramic noted in photos. It has a pretty gold strip that outlines the top. Very sweet piece. Make sure to look closely at photos and ask me any questions you may have. It is not dirty.
