The set featured floral motifs and bejeweled peacocks derived from Mughal-era artworks which are interspersed within a wide jaali like lattice border referenced from Persian architectural details as well as chevrons gleaned from sacred geometry. The embroideries are rendered on the base with kasab dori marodi ka kaam, resham zardozi, Kashmiri tilla, dabka, nakshi, sequins, pearls and semi-precious stones. The look is completed with an illusion tie-up choli and a sheer tulle dupatta.” I wore this lehenga for my Sangeet. I absolutely loved this lehenga. It is VERY POOFY and not the easiest to walk in. The lehenga has so much cancan that it can stand up on its own! It is the perfect color for a spring or summer event! Please see pictures for measurements of blouse and lehenga.
