hjlucchese @veerachakra it looks like you're selling 2 pairs of shoes together. I'm sure the person who bought your other listing thought the same thing. You need to make separate listings for each pair of shoes with only pictures of the shoes for sale in that listing

sarahsinn @hjlucchese It is very frustrating. I bought the listing that was titled 2 pairs of Tieks at the price of $40, but then seller canceled my purchase and listed each pair of Tieks separately for $80.
