Rieker Antistress Shoes

This shoe has a synthetic lining and manmade materials are used for soles.. The closure is velcro for ease in getting on and off and has a metal trim on strap. The heel is 1 3/4" high. There is a tiny circular spot on the right front of the toe of the shoe measuring 1/16". Unfortunately, due to not being a shoe specialist, I do not know if spot can be removed. This shoe is sold "as is" and has been discounted due the tiny round spot . The shoes are a size 39.
