These are really flattering on, and just the right amount of rise in the waist. (CL of crotch to waist is 11") They are super cute in the leg- fitted just right with a little tiny slit on the outside. Waist measures 39". Hips are 45". Inseam is 19". Upper thigh is 25", lower leg is about 19". These are stretchy all over though, as they are 98% cotton with 2% spandex.
