RideSafer® Travel Vest is tested and certified to the dynamic test requirements specified in FMVSS 213. RideSafer® Travel Vest is also designed to and complies with all of the other applicable requirements of FMVSS 213 for a harness including product labeling, webbing requirements, and instruction manual. RideSafer® Travel Vest has two different ways to use; The first way is to use a tether belt. RideSafer® can be used with a vehicle lap belt and top tether by securing RideSafer® with a top tether anchor in the vehicle. The other way is to use without a tether belt.  RideSafer® can also be used with a vehicle lap and shoulder belt with or without the tether. RideSafer® Travel Vest Gen 5 is provided in Extra-small size for children 22 to 44 lbs., small size for children 30 to 60 lbs., large size for children 50 to 80 lbs., and Extra large size for children 80 to 110lbs. respectively.
