Rickie Freeman Teri John skirt, adorable!

This skirt is a size 2 but it has been altered it is very small! 60% cotton, 29% acrylic, 6% polyester, 5% nylon. Flat waist is 12 1/4” Flat hips is 16 “ Back of the waist to the bottom of the skirt is 23 1/2” ** I have matching pieces in my closet they are listed separately as they are different sizes.
