Rice Washer & Strainer Tool By DAISO This is a GREAT TOOL! I’ve been cooking rice for decades and washing it the old fashion way. I saw this tool and said, “What do I need that for??” But my curiosity got to me and I purchased it and I am so glad I did. It feels (and is) so much cleaner doing it with this lightweight tool. The round shape on the cleaning end helps to easily wash rice without manipulating the pot in different angles. Straining the rice ….. the curved handle with the built-in strainer does its work perfectly. No more losing those grains of rice in the sink! The cap is removable and once removed can be used to even out the rice once it’s rinsed. I’m sure this tool can be used in other ways in the kitchen. Please share with me any new ideas you come up with.
