debracross337 Hello Melissa, I am Debra Cross. You are using MY NAME AND MY PRODUCT PHOTO to lure people to your site. How unethical! I am the creator of the original ribbon scarves and necklaces since 2004! I demand that you remove my name and product photo from your site! You have the nerve to advertise your necklaces as the “brand” of Debra Cross. That is false advertising! I will take legal action against you if necessary. melinda_gordan @debracross337 this is the same way your product was advertised when my shop was open for fifteen years, so I was not aware that there would be any difference. I will remove your product from my site, and simply won't order any more from you. Thank you for letting me know.

melinda_gordan @debracross337 I have deleted your product from my site. I am shocked that you didn't realize that I was selling YOUR work, and not my own, as I had been doing for many, many years at my store, Sublime Apparel. Continued success with your work.

debracross337 Hi Melinda, I did not realize that you were one of my wholesale customers since your store name was not there and I had not given permission for my photo to be used. After taking a closer look I did see that it is in fact my work. So I apologize for that. I sell to shops and galleries only that sometimes have websites for their stores, which is OK but need permission if using my photos. Apparently your store is closed and you are selling the inventory that is left. That would be fine.
