“Ribbon” Lei in Royal Blue & Gold

New With Tag, Blue & Gold “Ribbon” Lei. This artificial lei is made out of ribbon or yarn fabrics. Great for the graduate. Almost every person who graduated in Hawaii has pictures of them covered in lei. In Hawaii, tradition is that you give a lei in celebration, congratulations, welcome, or farewell. The exception being a pregnant woman, it is believed that a pregnant woman should not wear anything that encloses around her neck (eg. necklace, scarf, lei).
