Is this to be worn as a short dress/swim cover up or does it need pants b/c it’s more like a tunic? I’m short so I don’t need super long but I can’t do long shirts because they make me look out of proportion. Thanks!

@jlittw I’m 5’1”. The length from shoulder to bottom is 30 inches without me tugging on the fabric. I can definitely wear it as a dress. It would be very cute as a cover-up also. I’m a little heavy chested so it’s just tight for me around the top.
