Rhode piper ruched dress

This is an automatic size s but the elastic band in the back is very forgiving and can fit up to a medium. It’s stunning and very flattering on the body due to the ruching. It is absolutely brand new, original and never worn but being a sample dress, getting one with tags was hard. It’s original price online is about $450.
