Reposhing this item I purchased from @elizabethbai780. It was unfortunately too big for me, so I never wore it. Super sad because I love the color and fabric so much. It is in perfect condition!! Round neckline and lightly puffed cap sleeves, slender fit with and flared hem. Size 14, runs small - closer to 12 but there is stretch in the fabric. Mermaid skirt is very fun and flattering. Measurements: Waist: 34.5" Bust: 40" Hips: 42" Length from shoulder: 53"
